Hello, I'm Carmen Ibarra, a painter, and I'd be delighted to accompany you to discover the wonderful technique of watercolor in the Botanical Garden of Valencia.

This workshop takes place at the Botanical Garden of Valencia on the following dates:
- Intro in the Garden 1 · July 16 · 5:30 PM–8:30 PM
- Intro in the Garden 2 · July 23 · 5:30 PM–8:30 PM
- Intro in the Garden 3 · July 30 · 5:30 PM–8:30 PM
- Intro in the Garden 4 · August 20 · 5:30 PM–8:30 PM
- Intro in the Garden 5 · August 27 · 5:30 PM–8:30 PM
This is a 3-hour workshop in a small group of up to 4 people. We'll explore the basics of color, brushstrokes, and wet and dry techniques, so you can begin to freely explore the language of watercolor.
The workshop has a format of pictorial picnicWe'll be working outdoors, sitting in different spots around the garden. I'll bring stools for the group, and if you prefer, you can bring a folding chair for added comfort.
In summer, it is also advisable to bring or apply mosquito repellent to be more comfortable during the session.
The price of the activity is €50, and includes all necessary materials and entry to the Botanical Garden.
This is an experience designed to let you enjoy the creative process, even if you have no prior experience.
On these hot summer days, the Botanical Garden becomes an especially cool and pleasant environment, perfect for stopping and painting in peace.

It is a more leisurely and in-depth experience, in which we work with more time each day to advance in technique and explore different ways of approaching watercolor.
