I never wanted to paint flowers like the usual ones.
I prefer to invent them, as if they were new creatures, born from a free and unregulated impulse.

These are not flowers you'd find in a garden or a botanical catalog.
They do not represent, but rather are born.
Each one is an invented creature, free, nameless, without taxonomy, without permission.

Painting them was also a form of rebellion.
When my mother saw my wildest works, she used to say:
“Daughter, why don’t you paint flowers?”
And then I painted them.
But my way.
Like a madwoman, like a woman who doesn't ask permission to create.
And now there are hundreds: big, small, explosive, delicate, abstract, intimate, overflowing.

A celebration of color, form, and freedom.
